As set out in our Code of Conduct & Ethics, Leonteq is committed to preserving its high legal, ethical and moral standards as well as a culture of strict compliance with local and international laws and regulations. Leonteq also seeks to operate in accordance with its Corporate Values, and, in doing so, foster a people together approach. This means open and honest communication. Being accountable and transparent in the way Leonteq works, requires us to do more than simply follow Leonteq’s policies.
Therefore, Leonteq encourages all its employees to report any violations of laws, rules, regulations or the Code of Conduct & Ethics internally. Reports may be made on a confidential, anonymous basis if required and as permitted by law. The Leonteq Integrity Line serve as another channel to escalate potential legal, regulatory or ethical misconduct. Retaliation against any personnel for reports made in good faith is prohibited.
This process is subject to supervision by the Audit and Risk Committee of the Board of Directors of Leonteq. It receives regular updates on significant reports received as well as on measures taken.
Persons outside Leonteq who wish to report violations of laws, rules and regulations or Leonteq’s Code of Conduct & Ethics, may address their report or raise their concern via our Integrity Line.
